Wendy Carroll and her husband Steve have over 40 years of experience working within restaurants and hotels. With their combined knowledge they can provide buffet catering for any event, being a sit down wedding breakfast, a formal dinner reception or food to celebrate a birthday or christening.

They can custom build a buffet menu to suit your occasion. Some of their hot and cold buffets are served at Bolehall Swifts only but can also deliver any cold buffet to your chosen venue.
